Diona completely changed our dog for the better. Our 18 month-old Rottie pup was friendly and sweet but causing chaos: jumping on people, not listening, resisting recall and restless and demanding at home. Despite sustained efforts to train her we were struggling. But Diona's training has completely changed her (and our lives). As I type, our well-behaved dog is snoozing contentedly on the couch after politely greeting a visitor to our house who just a few short months ago she would have practically knocked over with excitement. Diona's methods are simple and effective and she is really excellent at reading dogs and intuiting what they need and will respond to. There is some consistent work that's required to practise and consolidate what's learned in her training sessions but the bond that we have built with our dog through this is remarkable. Also, Diona gives you the opportunity to ask any questions, send videos for her to review, sends you videos for information etc through a WhatsApp group she sets up for every individual client. She's always lightening fast to respond and having all the information and videos there is a great resource for the future. Can't recommend her highly enough.

Diona is the only trainer that has made a noticeable difference to our dog. She is highly authentic and will tell you what you need to hear to make sure you are following all the right steps to ensure you are communicating effectively to, and understanding your dog. Diona setup a whatsapp group to share and review videos between sessions - this was a very effective way to check that we were "on track" and not losing our way between sessions. Couldn't recommend her highly enough!!!

What would we have done without your constant positive reassurance, your simple techniques and calm approach and advice to all of our of situations with Zara.
